Maison & Objet: Paris, inspiration and our top picks

Paris never runs out of surprises. I lived just outside the city for a year and made the most of it — museums, cafés, hidden streets… Since then, every time I come back, I love exploring a little more. There’s always something new to discover.

This September, Torres Novas is back in Paris for Maison & Objet, the leading design and decoration fair. We’re bringing lots of exciting news and would be delighted to welcome you at Hall 6, Stand J66.

And because Paris is always more than just work, here are a few of my favorite suggestions for enjoying the city during these days:

Hotel Le Grand Mazarin

A new, central and utterly charming hotel. Its eclectic style mixes colors, textures and patterns in the most elegant way. Plus, there’s a gorgeous swimming pool — the perfect retreat after a busy day.

A Parisian classic that never disappoints. The store constantly changes its theme, so there’s always something new to discover. Beyond its design approach, it also has a strong social commitment. Right now, there’s an exhibition dedicated to Brittany.

Running at the same time as Maison & Objet, it takes over the city with galleries, artists and designers. Unique initiatives in stunning places — from creative studios to Parisian townhouses. A must for art and design lovers.

Septime

To end the day, I recommend Septime, a relaxed yet special restaurant, with creative cuisine and a warm atmosphere. One of those places you’ll always want to return to.
